2025 Estate Rosé of Pinot Noir
Chehalem Mountains
From Pommard clone Pinot Noir grown in Volcanic and Silt Loam soil between 700 and 850 feet, harvested on August 28th while the mountain air still held its cool precision, winemaker Myles Nelson made a simple and deliberate choice: stainless steel, seven months, nothing more than what the fruit offered.
What came back was something delicate and alive — white strawberry and cherry blossom drift through the nose, while a whisper of fresh herbs traces the edges. On the palate the wine is crisp and light-footed, its acidity bright and fine, its finish clean and lingering in the way that only wines grown at elevation tend to be.
Ninety-three cases. Farmed organically, with care, on land that not long ago knew a very different life.
Drink now through 2027.
