Private Tasting
Some wines are best understood where they begin.
There are tastings, and then there is this.
Nestled within our estate oak grove, The Grove is Jachter Family Wines’ most intimate offering. A fully private experience designed for those who want more than a glass. More context. More access. More of the story behind what’s in the bottle.
Your afternoon begins in the vineyard, where a member of the Jachter Family walks you through the blocks that define our estate character, the living volcanic soils, the elevation, the particular way the fog moves through this part of the Willamette Valley, and why it matters to what ends up in your glass. This is not a scripted tour. It is a conversation, unhurried, with the Jachter Family, the people who planted the vines and had a hand in helping our winemaker make the wine.
From the vineyard, you move into The Grove. Settle in our oak pavilion, set beneath a canopy that has been here far longer than the winery. The table is yours. The afternoon is yours. A curated flight of our current and library releases is poured with intention, each wine given the space it deserves, each pour accompanied by the context that transforms tasting into understanding.
No shared spaces. No other guests. No rush.
Reservations are required, available seasonally.
