By signing up with Jachter Family Wines club membership you agree to the following:
Club member must be 21 years of age or older.
2 shipments are required to fulfill club obligation.
A current credit card that can be charged is required.
You can cancel your club membership by contacting us or in your online account, once your two-shipment minimum is fulfilled and 15 days prior to the next renewal/shipment.
Change in membership level is allowed anytime but must be done 3 weeks prior to the next club shipment.
Shipping is extra and at market price.
An adult 21 years of age or older is required to sign for delivery.
Club orders that are not picked up will be stored for up to 3 months at no additional charge. After the 3 months, they will be shipped to the address on file at market price shipping unless prior arrangements have been made.
I acknowledge that I am authorizing Jachter Family Wines to automatically charge my credit card for a minimum twelve months of Membership based on recurring wine shipments with a stated dollar value and bottle commitment. Automatic yearly renewal. Special requests will be held to specific thresholds and approved on a case-by-case basis. It is my responsibility to notify JFW of any address, phone, email, or credit card changes before processing. I understand that if I am inactive for two or more shipments, my account will be inactive until contact has been made to Jachter Family Wines. Any shipments which are left at the winery beyond the shipment date will be held for 3 months then shipped to the address on file. We suggest that you provide an address that will guarantee delivery on the first attempt, such as a business address. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will ship via air. We cannot ship wine to PO Boxes and will only ship to states which legally allow wine shipments. Taxes on shipments are mandated by each individual state and Jachter Family Wines does not control the amount assessed per shipment.
